Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost:

Damaged Items

If your sunglasses arrive damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours with photos

• We will arrange a replacement or refund

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this, orders may already be in processing or transit.
