7-Day Return Window
We want you to love your new shades. If you’re not fully happy, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Include the original packaging, cleaning cloths, and accessories

Have no scratches, damage, or signs of wear
Items returned with damage or missing components may be declined or refunded partially.
Exchanges
You can exchange your sunglasses for a different colour or model within the 7-day window. If the item is out of stock, you may receive store credit or a refund instead.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Pack your items securely and send them using a trackable service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing.
